LDN UP3

LDN UP3®

The LDN adapts to flow variations along a pivot with its multiple pad and deflector configurations. Adding pads to the single LDN helps it control droplet size and stream trajectory as flows increase.

Features

• Multiple deflector pads available to divide larger flows into various streams

• Variety of grooved pads available with diverse trajectories and droplet sizes

• Low application intensity to help reduce soil compaction and runoff

• Wind and evaporation resistant droplets

• LEPA add-ons, part-circles and chemigation available

LDN & Pivot Components

Bubbler Insert Bubbler Pad Insert
Turn the LDN into a LEPA sprinkler! The Bubbler insert concentrates an incoming stream and gently deposits water directly into the furrow basins. It distributes water in a narrow stream that avoids wetting the foliage. This means nearly all the water pumped gets directly to the soil and into the root zone.
Chemigation Pads Chemigation Pad Inserts
Snap-in inserts spray water upward to wash the underside of leaves - where pests may hide. Irrigators can use the stream to knock pests off the leaves, or they can add pesticides into the water to eliminate them. *Various trajectories available.
Drag Hose Adapter Drag Hose Adapter
Applies water directly into the furrow when used with a drag hose.
Part-Circle Part Circle
Distributes water away from the wheel tracks. It helps irrigate had to reach areas and the area near towers. The Part-Circle binds water into 17 discreet streams at a 10° trajectory for minimum evaporative loss. It can be used with standard full circle LDNs or other Senninger sprinklers on the remainder of a pivot.
Magnum-Weight Magnum Weight
Helps keep the LDN and other pivot applicators stable on flexible hose drops. It nests securely over the LDN and can remain on the applicator during nozzle changes. The weight’s UV-resistant thermoplastic construction prevents corrosion and deters metal theft due to its lack of metal parts.
UP3 nozzles UP3 Nozzles
UP3 Nozzles simplify renozzling. Nozzles are removed in four easy steps: simply pinch and pull to remove the nozzle; then place and click to re-install. There is no need to disassemble the sprinkler to reach the nozzle. Plus, with the UP3 design the LDN's base is now an integral part of the bracket.
Gooseneck-125-Double Goosenecks
Used to increase the LDN’s area of coverage and position drops for precise irrigation. When combined with the Truss Rod Slings, the LDN can be set to hang at a precise location along the truss rod without hindrance or kinking. This reduces pattern interruption from colliding streams and allows growers to adjust sprinkler spacing.
PSR-&-PSR-2 Pressure Regulators
Senninger pressure regulators limit excessive and varying inlet pressures to a constant outlet pressure. The outlet pressure can be matched to a sprinkler's design pressure regardless of the inlet pressure. Pressure Regulators help maintain sprinkler pattern integrity, distribution uniformity and performance.

Close Spacing with Bubblers

Texas farmers are mounting Bubblers with just 30 inch spacing between heads and maximizing their water usage with a combination of LEPA (Low Energy Precision Application) sprinklers and conservation tillage practices.
