Health & Safety - Increase Number of Employees Participating In Wellness Programs By 20% By 2030

Ten years ago, Hunter launched the Lifeshift program as one of its initiatives to promote employee wellness. As Hunter started to grow, this program proved insufficient for covering employees at locations outside of the San Marcos campus and those with health insurance from other countries. “In 2019, we developed a new, holistic wellness program called Total Balance that is inclusive of all employees regardless of their location. Total Balance was launched in early 2020. We look forward to increased employee participation and measurable results.” (2019 Hunter Corporate Social Responsibility Report).
