The Hunter family of companies is making progress toward increasing employee training satisfaction to 80% by 2025. Hunter has an advanced Learning Management System (LMS) to support employees and to track training metrics accurately.  Also, they conduct a biannual survey to measure employee engagement, including their satisfaction with the Hunter training program.  Through this study, they found that “the number of employees who say they were offered professional development training increased by 5% from 2018 to 2020. Seventy-eight percent of employees surveyed in 2020 indicated they were often or almost always satisfied with training and development opportunities at Hunter, which means we are well on our way to achieving our goal.”  (2019 Hunter Corporate Social Responsibility Report).

Promoting Training with The Biggest User Challenge

The Biggest User Challenge is designed to support employee learning and development and increase awareness of the Learning Management System (LMS). Each quarter, users are recognized for completing either the highest total number of training sessions or accumulating the most training hours.

At the end of 2019, Tim Luz, Senninger Test Engineering Technician, was announced as the “Overall Biggest User” for most training hours completed. He logged more than 100 hours of technical training.
