Ag-Rotor

For pipe sizes: 6” to 12”. Water propels the free-spinning rotor of the Ag-Rotor sensor. As the rotor blades spin, an electromagnetic signal is transmitted from the tip of the rotor blades directly to the sealed pick-up within the sensor. The resulting pulses are used to calculate the flow rate and totalizer information inside the Flo-Wise instrument (SC or AO). It has only one moving part for longer life. The Ag-Rotor is suitable for synchronization of the injection of most chemicals.

Rotor-X

For pipe sizes: 0.5” to 12”. The water flow propels the free-spinning paddle wheel. As the paddles blades spin, an electromagnetic signal is transmitted from the tip of the paddle blades directly to the sealed pick-up within the sensor. The paddle-wheel design compensates for the “swirl” effect without requiring additional straightening vanes. It has only one moving part for longer life. The Rotor-X is suitable for synchronization of the injection of most chemicals.

Magmeter

For pipe sizes: 0.5” to 12”. The Magmeter measures flow by converting the voltage produced by water moving through the sensor’s electromagnetic field into pulses. It has no moving parts for longer life. The Magmeter is suitable for synchronization of the injection of most chemicals.

Metal Magmeter

For pipe sizes: 2” to 48”. The Metal Magmeter is a heavy-duty, high-performance sensor in an adjustable insertion configuration that can be used with a ball valve for hot-tap installations. This insertion style flow sensor has no moving parts and is constructed of corrosion-resistant materials for long-term reliability.

Totalizer

The Totalizer is available in two models. The SC (self-contained) unit has integral power supplied by two 3.6 volt Lithium batteries. It provides flow rate and totalizer readings only with no output signals. The AO (Analog output) unit is powered externally by 24 VDC. It provides flow rate and totalizer display with two programmable relays. The totalizer is ideal for chemigation, remote data logging, PLC, or SCADA systems.

Monitoring System

The FloWise Monitoring System comes complete for field installation. Sensor installation, wire connection and programming are all that is needed for the product operation. The weatherproof box and locking feature will protect the Totalizer from the elements. It has a security locking feature for tamper resistance and see-through UV protected display. Models with battery and/or electric back-up.

Solar Panel

The Solar Panel comes complete for field installation. Sensor, solar panel, battery, and wire connection is all that is needed for the product operation. The weatherproof box and tamper-resistant locking feature will protect the Totalizer from the elements. It has a see-through UV protected cover for easy reading without opening.

Saddles & Tees

Senninger offers a wide range of saddles and tees to make flow meter sensor installation easier. Models include 2” to 12” iron saddles, 0.5” to 1.5” PVC tees, 6” to 12” steel Weldolets, and 6” to 12” epoxy mounting saddles.
